While looking back at the books I read this year, I realized I visited a lot more books by authors I've previously read, than newcomers. However, the fresh writings of these authors listed below, are still among the best I've read for the year! I will definitely be coming back for more.
1. Ellie Cahill [When Joss Met Matt]
2. Juliana Romano [First There Was Forever]
3. Bethany Chase [The One That Got Away]
4. Lauren Gibaldi [The Night We Said Yes]
5. Rebecca Maizel [Between Us and the Moon]
6. Lara Avery [A Million Miles Away]
7. A.C. Gaughen [Scarlet]
8. Michelle Levy [Not After Everything]
9. Heather Cocks & Jessica Morgan [The Royal We]
10. Amy Fellner Dominy [A Matter of Heart]
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly event hosted by The Broke and the Bookish
I still need to make time to read A Matter of Heart and First There Was Forever. Loved The Royal We and The One That Got Away!
ReplyDeleteThe only author I've read is A.C. Gaughen, and that is an EXCELLENT pick. I'm so happy you discovered that gem! I think everyone should read Scarlet, because it's really the type of novel you can enjoy no matter what genre you're into. I hope you find more wonderful authors in 2016!
ReplyDeleteMy TTT!
I acutally haven't read any of these authors, but I am curious about Ellie Cahill. I have read her YA under a different name and enjoyed them a lot.
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of these before- but I'm welcome to check hem out :D Thank you for sharing :-)
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT @ Emma's Bookery if you would like to check it out! Hope you're having a wonderful day :-)
A.C. Gaughen made my list too! I am currently binge reading the Scarlet series :) I JUST NEED TO READ THE ROYAL WE! I've heard such great things about it.
ReplyDeleteI read A.C. Gaughen's series for the first time as well and loved it, especially the last two. Can't wait to read her next. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVED Matter of Heart too!
